Lightyear's monthly paper bill provides a wealth of useful information about your long distance calls.

What if you could see a report detailing the ten longest calls made during the month, or the ten most frequently dialed exchanges, or the area codes, or telephone numbers? Wouldn't that make it a lot easier to spot where your long distance dollars are going, and make adjustments to control those costs?

• Call Summary -- A helpful top line review of telecommunication costs. Provides summary totals of calls, minutes, and charges for each type of call. Examples: interstate, intrastate, international, directory assistance, etc.
• BTN Summary -- Provides summary totals of calls, minutes, and charges for each product (1 Plus, 800/888, etc.) and each telephone number.
• Area Code Summary -- Provides calls, minutes, and charges for each area code where traffic terminated. Organizes information by day, evening and nighttime periods.
• Toll Free Area Code Summary -- A valuable management tool that determines the locations from which customers are calling. Similar to the standard 'Area Code Summary' report above, except the information reflects area codes where calls originated instead of where they terminated.
• International Summary -- Provides a summary total of calls, minutes, and charges for each country called during the month.
• Long Duration Calls -- Provides the ten calls of longest duration during the month. Normal call information is displayed, including date, time, number dialed, duration, charges, and project account code (if applicable). Enables quick spotting of abnormally long calls.
• Frequently Dialed Exchanges -- Provides the ten most frequently dialed exchanges and area codes, along with the total number of calls, minutes, and charges.
• Frequently Dialed Numbers -- Nearly identical to the 'Frequently Dialed Exchanges' report just above, except it goes "deeper" to select the ten most frequently dialed numbers instead of only the area code and exchange.
• Project Account Code Summary -- Provides a summary of calls, minutes, and charges for each project account code. Helpful for reviewing costs by employee, department, or job.
