Announces New
CallVision Billing Software
Lightyear customers can not only view their bills on line, they can also analyze them, thanks to Lightyear’s progressive new billing software program called CallVision. Slated for release on October 15, 1998, the system will be available to Lightyear customers billing $250 a month or more.
Call Vision will allow customers to receive a monthly download of detailed information about their Lightyear accounts. Customers can then run standardized reports and pull up billing information by longest calls, account code summaries, totals by day of the month or week, and for 800 numbers, by termination and origination.
The program is available on CD, and must be installed before the customer can download a bill. The installation disk/CD is $35, and the monthly service fee is $35 (in some cases the installation and monthly fees can be waived) —a small price to pay to help a company gain control of its telecommunications expense reporting.
