Where can we use our calling card(s) from?

Your calling card will work from any phone, any where at any time. [Back to Calling Card FAQ Table of Contents]

How do we activate our new calling card(s)?

When you receive your calling card follow the instructions to activate it. Call the toll free number provided on your calling card carrier. You will be prompted to enter the calling card number (this is on the front of the card) and your social security number (this is a security feature to ensure that the correct person is activating the card), then the system will let you choose your own 4-digit PIN number. This is a secret number that you will need to enter when you use your card. Your PIN number does not appear on your card for security purposes. Since you choose your own 4-digit PIN number, make sure to choose a number that is easily remembered. Many people try to keep the same PIN number for various service (your bank card, etc.)

After activating your calling card, you will never be asked to provide your social security number again. It is used only for during the card activation process. [Back to Calling Card FAQ Table of Contents]
